If you are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform us of your cancellation (via email or phone at 876-929-5869) no later than May 17, 2019, in order to obtain a refund. For cancellations received up to that date, a cancellation fee of US$200 will be deducted from your refund. Thereafter, no refund will be made but substitution may be made at no extra charge.

Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel of your choice. Rooms are subject to availability, so make your bookings early.
